Working Student

I am looking for one or two part time student assistants to help me realize some projects and to train candidates for full time positions, which I hope to provide in the future.

Requirements:

• You are able to read and understand mathematical notation, which should be reflected by good grades in math and theoretical computer science.
• You are able to solve technical problems yourself if solutions can be found online.
• You have good technical communication skills. Especially, if you are getting stuck on a problem, you ask for help on your own initiative and are able to express the problem.
• You have basic programming knowledge in at least one language. Advanced programing experience and knowledge in rust or python are beneficial but not required.
• You have a very good understanding of written English in the context of computer science and you are fluent in German or English.
• You are German resident.

What I offer:

• You can work from anywhere (remote work).
• You choose your working hours.
• You will be working in rust and python. Based on your skill level the tasks will range from easy programming tasks, to solving open research problems.
